Maiko Bookkeeping provides bookkeeping services for individuals and for small business owners who desire accurate, well-organized records without the complexities or costs involved in employing a full or part-time bookkeeper.  Decreased employee costs are a benefit of outsourcing your bookkeeping because you only pay me when I am actually doing bookkeeping.  Also, you do not pay me any benefits and no payroll taxes or training costs are incurred.  By turning over your bookkeeping to a qualified bookkeeper, you can focus on your expertise - running your business.

I am able to work on your books both on-site and off-site.  I offer flexible hours so I am available when you need me.  If you prefer off-site bookkeeping, I use the latest version of QuickBooks although I have several previous versions if you don't feel the need to upgrade your current software.  I can have your work picked up, completed at my office, and delivered back to you along with neat, understandable reports.  You tell me what you need done, I will give you a list of what I need to complete the task and will come and get it. Once completed, I will bring it back to you.
